Any foreign writers who are sinologists, journalists, scholars, critics or professional writers are welcomed to submit to CCTSS their writing outlines or sample draft . Adopted writing plans will be provided with writing subsidies and opportunities to be published overseas and in China.

In a statement made by the Ministry of Culture, Communications Department head Jiang Haoshu, culture should be spread through two-way translation and promotion, and the establishment of the CCTSS National Program Special Committee of German Language Experts (or ‘German Experts Committee (GEC)’) will help achieve these goals and mutual academic learning between China and Germany. 

 
 

The 2017 Young Sinologists Study Program was convened in Beijing recently, welcoming 27 sinologists from 26 countries. The program was advocated in 2014 by the Ministry of Culture (MOC) and China Academy of Social Sciences (CASS)  for more academic exchange with young sinologists abroad.

 
 

Mongolian National Broadcaster (MNB) invited the CCTSS Mongolian-language Expert Committee to attend their network’s 50th anniversary celebration and international forum discussion, held September 27th, 2017.

After five years, Nobel Prize winner Mo Yan returns with new stories

Nobel Prize winner, Mo Yan, has announced his new work. The Chinese writer's opera drama Jin Yi, or colorful clothes and a group of poems Qi Xing Yao Wo or Seven Stars Shine on Me will be published in People's Literature magazine in 2017.
